Hi! I'm Jessie, I'm 17 and from Mass. I'm a poor excuse for a highschool student, a professional sandwich maker, an amateur writer, and a frequent winner of 'asshole of the week'. I blog mostly things that make me giggle, puke inducing mushy posts about being a cancer survivor, and superheroes that I aspire to be like.
Catching Elephant is a theme by Andy Taylor
1. A robotic right shoulder would mean my shoulder would never hurt again because you know, metal doesn’t have feels. Also it would always work, and if it broke it’d be simple ‘snip-this-wire-fuse-this-metal’ fixes.
2. Cyborgs don’t have many feelings. So I wouldn’t get sad or angry or anything. I think they’re pretty happy because they aren’t programmed to be much of anything emotionally so they never want things or miss things.
3. Cyborgs do have BIG feelings though. I mean look at Terminator 3: Rise of the Machines. When the Terminator was reprogrammed by Terminatrix to kill John, he overrode his programming and shut himself off. Cause he loved John and all. So it’s not like I wouldn’t have big feels, just none of the little shit.
4. Cyborgs dont KNOW they’re cyborgs. They don’t go around thinking they’re freaks of nature or anything.
5. I could be part cyborg, like Will Smith in I, Robot. I would still have feelings and human bits but also a mechanical shoulder. that would actually be my best solution. I would also then be aware that I was part machine and I could kick peoples ass and stuff.
